"I took my jeep in for an oil leak, a seal needed to be replaced. The communication is awful. Saul didn't answer our calls, but would text he was busy. Dishonest on time frame on the job.. our jeep was in the shop from what started at 1 week to almost 3 weeks. never told us he was going to take the jeep elsewhere to get our oil leak fixed.. when we went to go pick up my jeep the mechanic that worked on it said the thermostat wasn't changed as was suppose to be, as we paid and as stated on the invoice that was sent to us. Mechanic also told us that he kept telling sal that he needed a part to complete the job of the oilleak, a part for the transmission and they never gave the mechanic that part so he had to use the same used part my jeep had.. alittle over 985.00 was spent.. and the oil leak is still there. Do I recommend this place? No. poor customer services, no communication and dishonest.. Take your jeep elsewhere, save your self the headache of dealing with dishonest people who don't know how to communicate."
