"A true definition of a family owned business. I had some clunking in the rear of my 2023 Ford Explorer ST after installing aftermarket lowering springs. The mechanic was able to locate the issue and corrected it by doing minor custom work to "the bucket" that the springs rest on. He also installed two bushings for the rear sway bar that was defected. Everything is working how it should.. Thank you!"
