"Been coming here for 3 years, today was the 2nd bad experience i’ve had with Kip’s. Got an oil change this morning ran some errands and came home. Car smelt like it was burning oil checked the undercarriage and there was oil splattered everywhere. Oil filter was dirty and covered in oil, didn’t look new. Checked and there was no leaks. So they must have made a mess while working on it and didn’t bother to clean it up. Shouldn’t have these issues when paying almost $80 dollars for an oil change. Will not be going back."
