"ZERO STARS!! Got a Durango from here earlier this year. I was never told the truck had been underwater, it had been painted over so the rust wouldn't show, my first red flag was as soon as I pulled out of the lot to test drive I noticed it needed power steering fluid the guy said he would fix it (they just added fluid) two days after taking it home I noticed it leaking what I thought was oil turned out the power steering line was completely corroded, soon after I needed to replace the shocks and struts front and back, then it had issues accelerating so another mechanic trip turns out there was silicone all in the transfer case and barra. Didn't last me even 6months and I was already putting money into it. The warranty isn't a year it's for like 6000 miles or something like that which you would easily pass if you use the vehicle daily. If you are having issues they charge about $100 just to check it and tell you what it might be they don't offer any type of help to continue getting around while they keep your car for a few days to revise it. I called to let them know I had already put $2000 into it in mechanic work and I was still having trouble keeping it running and instead of asking what the issue was or offering help or a solution to the problem they quickly said when do you want us to go for it?"

"This is a long review but I am tired of having to deal with this. It all started with my vehicle's ABS light turning on on the 3rd day I got the car. The lady was very rude and offered 0 customer service. She told me the car is sold as is and after I signed the contract that it was my problem now. This happened after they said they didnt have a mechanic which means they only washed the car and sold it without knowing if it was good. The ABS is problem #1 out of 7 so far. I couldn't fix that problem because it was arpund 2,000 to fix and I had already paid for the down payment and the taxes which totalled $3,300. So I've been driving my car with that faulty system which almost cost me to have a major accident had the car activated the breaks on the expressway. My second problem was the cooling system was making the engine overheat on week 2 and I also called them to see if they could help and they just washed their hands. I had to pay $400 to fix that. And I said fine I will continue to have faith in this car. About 3 weeks after, the breaks activated on themselves again and at this point they said it needed a new break system. I can't pay for that so I am driving everyday risking it. Next, the car's exterior started falling apart starting with my bumper it completely fell off. I had to use cold weld to put it back together and it's starting to unglue itself again. Last week the window motor broke and it wont go back up so i had to permanently leave it up. Today was the last straw, I am still stranded in the middle of the road because it turned off and it won't start back up. I am 100% sure they did not check this car before selling it and just so you all know I have sent like 8 emails and phone calls that are still to this day being ignored. I am done with this pos car and their bullsht. I am tired and I urge people please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I had previously purchased a jeep patriot with them which lasted about a year before the transmission gave out. Please stop selling trash! We deserve to get semi good vehicles for what were paying for it. Which will total around 10,000 dollars for a 2013 chevy cruze. I am beyond angry!!!"

"We've been trying to get a hold of them and nothing, my daughter was in an accident and they were supposed to fix her car because the check is under their name and it's been over 3 months and we haven't heard anything! And no we haven't had no repos.. before they say the only people who leave bad reviews are the ones who get their cars repoed!"

"My husband bought me this car from RGV motors and it is the best purchased!!!! Giving we bought the 1st vehicle from there and had issues with it but,thank goodness they bought it back from us,and with that we purchased this one,great AC cold for this valley weather and I thank god no issues with it!!!! Just waiting to pay this one off and then get one for our daughter! But YES they do work with you and with the payments!!!!"
