"5 minute oil change is just the name. Once I pulled into the bay, it took nearly 30 minutes. I would have probably given them 3 stars, compared to my normal oil change place, this place takes longer and is more expensive, BUT, I foolishly provided my phone number to the tech when he requested, the marketing texts do not stop, even after I asked gor them to Stop. Called the (lack of) customers service number, a recording came on stating “there were no agents available” this company is a JOKE"

They took extra care, and I left there feeling informed. I even felt my car running better. I highly recommend you take your car when you need an oil change. I am even going to take my second car to get the personal touch and care that they gave me today."
