"A wheel bearing failed and the entire wheel flew off about 60 miles from Mission. Called Red's at 7:30am. Messaged pictures of the damage and serial number of my axle. By 2:30pm I was ready to roll again with a new axle installed. The price was a bit high, BUT, the responsive service as well as the travel distance incurred by Red's, made it well worth the price. Roy and Martin were polite and very professional."
"I had damage to my roof They came out within a half hour to help patch the roof but the damage was too extensive. Instead he offered use of one of their mobile homes for free while mine was being repaired! Once adjuster reviewed the damage their began work asap and I got my rv back quickly. We had 5 days of rain soon after with NO leaks. Thanks!"

"I’m so happy they were able to fix my RV. I had a stabilizer issue for a whole year, plus my water pump wasn’t work, and one of my awning. Since I never had time and to take it to the manufacturer, It was so hard for me to get it fixed. Well, they Fixed it, and on the same day. They came in on Sunday and wow I am beyond grateful!!! I have a 2021 Rockwood and they fixed it like no pasa nada haha… I would give 10 stars if I could!!!"
