EXPERT ON 4X4

"I took my truck for a leveling kit and told the i was going to upgrade my tires to a 305 55 R20 they promise me to do a good job but they never told me the leveling kit they use wouldn't work with that size of tire and now they do not wanna refund my money because they said the job was done but no my tires were rubbing everywhere. Two days later i took my truck to 4 wheels parts by the Expressway, same size of tires they took off the leveling kit that had been installed use a different type of leveling kit and done no more rubbing and when making a turn is also good. SO CALLED EXPERTS AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM they even made me buy spacers for my tires but that made it worse. I just know i won't be going back to this place again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING EITHER!!!"

"Expert on 4x4 is awesome! I went to their shop looking for a winch plate for my Jeep. They said they didn't have a winch plate in stock and that they would have to order it for me. I told them to order me a winch plate and the guy at the counter went to double check to see if they had any in stock even when another employee said they don't have any. He returned with a winch plate for my exact Jeep. It came out to $65 out the door and I was happy to pay that because the other local competitors had the same product for 80$ and they would have to order it."

"I came to this establishment and paid for a 2 inch level on my truck. It somehow did not looked leveled at all. I went back and was told that the struts may be the problem. I could not believe that so I took my truck to Espino in San Carlos and they took the kit off to replace them .The so called Expert 4x4 were no experts. They installed an 1 and 1/4 spacer How could the installer not be able to see the error upon installation? I took the parts back and expected some sort of customer service courtesy and they told me to deal with the manufacture myself. The manufacturer will not refund me the money because they have to return the parts themselves and because they have to pay freight to return them they threw this situation back to me for their error. That front clerk is a very interesting character. How has this place stayed in business. Will never go there again."

"I went to get a leleving kit for my Ford F150 2015 4x4. I got a good price. But 3 days later, my truck started making a scraping sound. Well, i went back they said my hub lock actuator were broken. They told me it was my truck that had them bad. Then went to Ford dealership and they said they did something bad at 4x4 expert that they broke them. So i would suggested not taking your Ford F150 there."

"I wouldn't even give them a star if there was that option, they messed up the main electrical harness/scratched the paint from my jeep during a snorkel install. Spoke with owner and even after showing pictures/videos of damage they weren't willing to accept responsibility. I do not recommend this shop."
