"I came in for state inspection in the morning and was told that technician could not login to website to conclude inspction. Was told to "come back later and maybe be able to login." When I returned 4 hours later was informed that technician was still not able to login and I "should take my car elsewhere" to get inspection done. If had been informed in the first place, the first time, that had to go elsewhere to get service done, I could have gotten inspection in morning and would not have wasted time and gas going back in hopes of getting results of inspection. Now I have to find another place to do inspection on another day. Also was charged $9.99 to replace brake light, so place is quick to charge you, but not quick to update computer systems. Will not go here again although have used their services many times before for oil change. If I could give them zero stars, I would. ( If I am charged at other place for faulty brake light plan to go back to see manager about refund )"

"When it comes to oil changes, they provide quick service at a good price. But about 2 weeks ago I brought in a vehicle to change brake pads, it took roughly an hour and the job was well done.Now just this morning I brought another vehicle that needed a brake change too. I walked up to one of the mechanics, and he tells me that the company does not provide the service of changing brakes. I then reminded him that he had done if for me two weeks prior. He looked surprised then suddenly remembered my face, and gave me the excuse that he was backed up with other cars. This was just a minor annoyance that showed how willing they are to misdirect a costumer. But if you just want to go for an oil change they will get the job done."
"WOW! SO FAST! WAS IN AND OUT IN 5 MINUTES! I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND LEFT WITH MY CAR VACUUMED, OIL CHANGE, TIRE PRESSURE CHECKED, AIR FILTER CLEANED, AND EXTRA COOLANT ADDED ALL FOR A REASONABLE PRICE! WILL BE SURE TO COME HERE AGAIN AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT IT."
