"Se tardan demasiado muy desonesto y agresivos no profesional para nada. They said 2-3 days, it ended up being a little over 2 weeks. I was extremely shocked with their rude and aggressive reply when I asked them at day 5 if the car was ready and they kept ignoring my calls the following week. Will not return nor recommend their service to anyone. They were very unprofessional throughout this ordeal. Imagine being told max 3 days, and then having no clue when it'll actually be ready by and having your calls ignored and not returned- for the car you need for work. I was worried everyday thinking perhaps they messed up the car. I just hope my car doesn't have issues down the line from their servicing. Very disappointed- poor quality business, poorly trained staff, terrible experience."

"Took my car to get engine replaced and put new fluids this including new transmission fluid which my car needed specifically Nissan NS-2 fluid cause any other transmission fluid would damage my vehicle. It says specifically under the hood in print to use that fluid and any other fluids will damaged it. I even asked the mechanic if he used that fluid he told me yes that he is a "pRoFeSsIoNaL" they know what they are doing. Took him on his word still had engine leaks even after I paid again to get it fixed and came out with a damaged transmission. Now im out around -$1000 and still have a damaged vehicle i cant drive around in. Last place ill take a vehicle. Not professionals."

"Avoid this place like COVID-19. This place is a rip-off!!! Took my Ford F-150 for service (sudden loss of power). The mechanic said that 99% of time the problem is failure of the air mass flow sensor. The mechanic said that he would do a diagnostic check to make sure that the air mass flow sensor was the problem and that he would change out that part. A few hours later I received a phone call stating that my vehicle was ready. I picked up my vehicle the next day and paid the mechanic (should have tested my truck before paying 125.00). Not even a minute later, after leaving the shop, the problem was still there (no power/sluggish). I went back to the shop and talked to the owner (by phone since he was not at the shop). After inspecting my truck of what work was done, I noticed that my original mass air flow sensor was still on. The owner said that he CLEANED the air mass flow sensor and the throttle body (probably with a can of carb cleaner). The owner then said that the truck was not working fine because I needed a new timing chain, water pump, spark plugs, lifters and coils and that he would discount 100.00 from the 1,000.00 it will cost me to fix the problem (loss of power). I told him yeah right, how about a refund for not switching out the air mass flow sensor like he said he was. He just laughed and offered me the discount. Long story short...he is very disrespectful, always using foul language when he is speaking to you. Not professional!!! Take my advice from experience, avoid this business!!!! Thanks for reading, have a great day!"
