"We took one of our company vehicles here back in June, noticed an oil leak under the vehicle now in August. Checked the filter and it was loose, not to mention it had the date "3/5/2023" hand written on it. This was the date of our last oil change before taking the vehicle here, so I'm guessing they didn't change the filter. They also charged us to "replace" multiple filters such as the engine air intake and cabin air filter without asking. We will not be bringing anymore vehicles here."

"Went to get a routine inspection completed for Texas registration requirements. Left with a mess in my car and my groceries ruined. I drive an suv and had 5 gallon water jugs and $100 worth of groceries in my car. Sometime while they were driving my car for the inspection that was all thrown from the back of my suv to the floorboards in the third row one of the lids on the 5 gallon was busted in the process. No one mentioned what I know was a very loud crash of plastic jugs and bags and let me car to sit with water spilling everywhere. It ruined my groceries and my carpets are full of water. This was the first inspection of my very new and clean vehicle. I called to see what could be done and they merely said they were sorry. Worst experience ever. This is supposed to be my last vehicle till my kids grow up and now it will smell musty forever."

"After waiting for 40 minutes behind this car that was already there when we got here they wanted to argue with me about what oil I wanted in my truck when they finally got to us.I wanted a straight 40w but he insisted it needed a 10w 20. Again arguing with me so I got out, shut my hood and left. There were 3 guys standing around doing nothing except hiding out in the back room only to come out and look around every 10 minutes or so. SORRIEST PLACE EVER AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE."

"Do not come here. Waited 30 minutes after I was behind car in front of me and noone came and told me anything. Seems workers were on break at 10:45 am???? Customers waited on vehicles and only 1 or 2 walking around doing nothing. Finally one person showed and asked if I needed oil change I said inspection. This is not the same place it was before. MGMT or Corporate needs to visit this place or shut it down. Moises appeared to also seem elsewhere. There is zero care here. Will definitely not return. Photo shows me back in my car and no workers anywhere In response to "MGMT". The supposed excuses from others reviewing are not random, they are current and legitimate responses. It doesn't take one with a Havard Degree to figure out that there is no supervision there. The ones in charge truly could care less. In spite of your claims which at this time are not substantiated, you have failed. Simple. You have workers that care more about their time and ZERO productivity while making customers wait needlessly. Infact I believe the person that inspected my car walked in with tacos and drink in hand around 10:30 am and it was during this time that no one was working. Save your excuses for another person, you have lost a long time customer and I'm better off. Don't waste your time folks"
