"I shopped around for tires and Border Tire & Wheel had the best price and great quality. NIKKI was so helpful and very quick to find exactly what I needed. The price she gave me was exactly what I paid. I say that because other places quote and end up paying different price. I got to Border Tire & Wheel the employees said we will take care of what you need and they did.. Let me just say I was impressed and will definitely continue to get my tires at Border. "I had a pretty crazy day that landed me 65miles from home in Kingsville with no friends and family to help me with a flat tire situation. I hit this huge iron rod that got tangled up in my wheel somehow. I got it off of there and thought everything was good but then my tire started going flat. I called several places all saying they had a wait or didn’t know if they would have a tire, etc. while I made the rest of the drive into town. I called Border Tire and they assured me that if I could just get there they would help me figure something out. I got there and they were so courteous and helpful. They checked out everything and confirmed that my wheel had been punctured on the inside of the rim, they threw my spare on for me, and told me if I needed help with anything else to call them back (even if I didn’t buy anything from them). Although they didn’t have a new rim (no one does in stock anyway) they took care of me like I was a high rolling paying customer and it took them maybe 6 min to get me back on the road. There are not many businesses that operate like this anymore, just good people all the way around. I will use Border Tire if I’m ever in the area and need their services. Top notch customer service. Call them first before one of those bigger corporate chain tire shops and you won’t regret it."
