"I have been coming here for over a year. Always have them round my nails. Well today they decided that they would charge me $5 extra because of the shape. And to top it off I only had a fill, it wasn’t like it was a new set or anything. What a bunch of bull. Time to find a different place I guess. If you decide to go , ask ahead of time how much it’s going to be. That way they can’t change it to whatever they feel like for the day!"

"I got my nails done not even a week ago. We just moved from lexington to frankfort every nail salon i have been to SUCKS!! I thought i could try paradise nails because i haven’t went to them before and the guy i had doing my nails was horrible!.. im not trying to sound like a karen but i had to keep telling him my nails was flimsy and very thin and to put more acrylic he told me “no it will be fine wait until im done” he would NOT do anything i asked him to do. He went to the bathroom in the middle of doing my nails and did NOT WASH HIS HANDS!! The false nails he put on my real nails was DIFFERENT SIZES and some was crooked… not to mention he kept cutting me while using the drill and was filing my nails.. honestly they wasn’t as bad as modern nails and a few other places i went to. My nails are already chipping and my nail polish is already coming off. I asked for square and they dont even look like square they was poorly done.. i do not recommend!! It was RUSHED"
"The interior is beautiful and clean, and all the employees are super sweet, gentle and took their time. My visit was myself for a manicure and pedicure along with my young daughter. I know that wait times can vary gorgeous walking at different salons, but I didn't have a wait here at all, which was nice. They offer a lot of nail color choices for any service, gel, dip, acrylic, etc. I highly recommend if want a nice relaxing visit with a competent staff! (Photos were a last second thought and do not do our nails justice)"
