"Bad customer service. All the employees are standing around talking. We asked for a size for some Jordan’s and the employee with the Khaki pants was rude and practically threw the shoes at us. We needed a different size and we couldn’t get not one single person’s attention. So we walked out. They lost on a sale on 12/17/2023"
"July 8, 2023. I normally let small things not bother me but I had a bad experience with a security guard/loss prevention personnel. I showed up at 8:57 to the store. They close at 9pm. The guy saw me walking up, proceeded to lock it anyways, I told him through the glass that all I needed to do was a pick up, didnt need to shop. He kept pointing at the 9am-9pm hours of operation sign, which I then proceeded to show him that my watch said 8:58. There were still people in the store shopping, and Id understand if I walked up at 9 pm. Guy that looked like he was in his 40s stocky , about 5’3, acted like a teenager that just wanted to go home right at 9. Thankfully the two young cashiers heard me and let me get my pick up with a smile on in their face. They even apologized. The guy just scrolled on his phone and looked upset. I understand the frustration to a certain point. I literally walked in at 8:59 and was out at 9:00. So my review is solely on that guard. The staff is always friendly and helpful."
