"TYPICAL DENTIST, OUT FOR A BUCK! The staff was friendly, however, we had a billing dispute over the definition of 'covered'. The staff told me while at the office my insurance "covered the procedure", and I end up with a substantial bill. They argue that 'covered' doesn't mean fully covered, and that any and all pricing is my responsibility. Even though I acknowledge partial responsibility and offered a partial settlement (you bet they cashed the check), they are still threatening to send me to a collections agency."
