"Everything was great except the heat. Apparently they still had the heater on and it was very hot inside. Another customer mentioned it as well. But I think they got it under control because by the time I left I noticed it was cooling off."

"Experience was absolutely awful, we waited 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and a soup ( which arrived cold). Waited another 20 minutes for a replacement soup that never came, another 10 to get a refund processed on that soup. Out of the 5-7 employees the only one that seemed to be doing anything with the growing line and the angry customers was the cashier (Leslie). If I could give negative stars I would."

"Do NOT work here!! Horrible treatment of employees. They care 0% about who they hire and their NY manager is racist who screams at the crew and can’t stand Spanish in the work area. Management sees employees just as a number or $ sign. Sadly although the food isn’t bad, my niece and many other crew weren’t given any notice that they were fired and had to call to find out why they weren’t on the schedule, there response was “if you’re not on the schedule you have been let go” with no reasoning. Any diverse equal opportunity and caring employer would be more thoughtful of the way they let these young Hispanic employees go ( At the very least a THANK you for their service) TRUST me!! if they dont care how they let go of their employees they don’t care about those that stay EITHER or new hires OR even WORST they don’t honestly care about the customer and service they’re providing."

"I’ve been a couple times now and they definitely hold the standard with the food. I used to go to one in Midland when I lived out there so I was excited when it came to El Paso. The service staff needs more training. Every time I’ve been it seems like the cashiers are brand new and struggling."

"Pros: Sandwiches are ok. Ordering online is easy. Pick up is easy. Cons: They forgot to leave out the cheese paper separator! I almost choked on it. Very expensive for “ok”sandwiches. Paid $3 for a bowl of Mac and Cheese and they gave me a $1 worth. *Let’s see if a manager leaves a message to make it right. We wait. WON’T GO BACK!!! Horrible."
