"I use to love they're chili got it all the time but for some reason for the past few months u get it and the beans aren't done and the onions and stuff pop in ur mouth from not being done....and this is the 3rd time...wish they would fix it I loved they're chili at one time"
"if you could give a place zero stars this would be it. ordered two meals. 1 was made incorrectly and was cold as if just sitting out of the warmer for awhile. when I spoke to the manager they couldn't produce a receipt and expect me to come back next day for a sandwich I paid for. worse place ever"

"There's one older woman who works at the speaker and first window who provides excellent service. This particular Wendy's does not deserve that lady. It's gone downhill in a major way in recent years. The staff (minus the lady described above) makes Lebanon's McDonald's seem like a Five Guy's. A few weeks ago I pulled up to order. There were some minor rain showers in the area that afternoon. A voice from the speaker said they weren't taking orders due to "the storm". I didn't question it. I went to McDonald's instead. This is just one example of many. Sometimes the dining room is closed. The drink machine is usually out of extra flavors. The drive-thru speaker is sometimes out but when it does work you can barely hear it. The one saving grace from a 1 star review is the only friendly and professional employee they have. I wish I knew her name but if you've been here, you probably recognize who I'm describing."
"Colina page was the manager workin tonight, my pregnant fiancé wanted there chicken sandwich. she took a couple bites and noticed it tasted wrong. Notice it was RAW took it back up there the manager mentioned above was supper rude!!! Stated they were closed and hid in the back she could of been a little nicer and just said come back tomorrow and apologized"
