"My food wasn’t even done and they told me to wait 30 minutes and I did come back to get raw food then when I called to tell the lady about it, she told me to bring in the food the next day because I live in another town so basically to just save the raw food because it’s the policy and then she told me to just come back the next day to get something to eat after I told her well what’s corporate number and I’ll ask them about this policy because I’m not keeping raw food in my house like it’s doughy"

"Had pizza ordered for an engagement party, well when we went to pick it up they tried to say they didn’t have an order and wasn’t going to refund the money back until I said we was going to call cooperate. I will never go to the one in Lebanon ever again worse business ever."

"I'm giving it a five because after all it is a franchise and we all know what to expect when it comes to fast food. But the people here have the science down pat. The past few times I've stopped in the staff have been very polite and efficient, for instance: on my last visit I was told there would be a 20 minute wait time and it was out in 10 or so minutes."

"Cashier was hateful and He decided to wait until after I paid for the food to inform me that it was gonna be an hour wait. I was polite and told him I’d need a refund and he rolled his eyes. Continued to thank him and no response. Not customer friendly that day at all"
