"I have been going to this clinic for years , Dr Raynolds was amazing , his staff were all amazing, they were all very gentle and sweet. I have major dentist trauma and they worked so well with me. My line of work has a lot of emergencies and unfortunately this new office that took over Raynolds office was not able to work with me. In my line of work we have a lot of last minute situations we have to tend to, and they stated they only allowed one appointment to be missed and they would charge 40.00 for any missed appointments- it’s unfortunate that Dr Raynolds is not longer in this office and another company took over . I will need to look for another dental clinic that can work with me and my line of work. Dr Raynolds is missed and I was very comfortable at this clinic but I cannot afford 40.00 each time, For an emergency that I cannot control"

I am so grateful they kept the staff especially Linda my hygienist is the absolute best! She is detailed and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Her professionalism and pleasant attitude make my appointments a joy. I enjoy my chats with her, and I appreciate the care she takes with my teeth. I’ve been completely satisfied to the point where I left El Paso and I would still come at least once a year to get my dental cleaning here and check ups. They go above and beyond. They are very detail oriented and they provide the best dental cleaning and the work I want you to ever ask for. Linda is an incredible hygienist, very loving, caring, and personable. I recently moved back and went back again to get my routine cleaning and met Dr. Wu. Also an incredible practitioner who I highly recommend. She gave the best advice for dental care and prevention."
