"I went to see Dr Anna Khan the first week of December and I was told that she could save two teeth . It was not true, she pulled two and broke one I had an assortment of problems with her, no topical before injections, she tried to put her whole fist into my mouth etc. I HAVE BEEN EATING SOUP SINCE THE FIRST OF DECEMBER 2023. Billing they had me fill out insurance from Sunbit insurance which they are charging, cash out of pocket. They never charged my primary insurance which I repeatedly asked if they were and I was told they were. I have several problems to name a few the job was not completed yet I’m being charged. The staff was friendly but Adrianna the one who deals with the insurance Has never returned any of my calls concerning the return of my out of pocket money $1000.00 and to stop charging my insurances (Sunbit) since the work was never completed. I find this dentist Supremely incompetent and if it wasn’t for the staff I would rate Her Dr Amna Khan (-) negative 2 go at your own risk."

"Used to like this dentist but this is the second time, even with “new staffing” that I’m left having my money taken from a mistake by the doctor and miscommunication with the woman in charge of billing!! First time I had to wait 8 months to be refunded for a tooth they never extracted but still charged me for before the procedure was even done. This second time i had free credit from their previous mistake to use on sealants. The dental assistant did work on all teeth instead of just 3 free ones and accountant Adriana refused to give them for free after the doctor said it was their mistake and i shouldn’t be charged. She tried to get me to get Invisalign then she would be able to suddenly drop the fee for the sealants. All she cares about is meeting her money goal for the month as you can see it posted in her desk area. She also claimed it was my fault for not recognizing that the d.a was doing something else like if I’m supposed to know how the procedure goes???? Rather than billing me and allowing me to pay when i can she used the excuse that she can’t change the system and must bill me for it or she’ll send it to collections. OFF OF THEIR OWN MISTAKES?! I only agreed to the 3 free sealants and now i have to pay out of my own pocket for a mistake they made by sealing all of them. Definitely will not be a returning. Sucks because the doctor is finally a nice, good one but her two front desk girls are the reason they’ll be losing clients. It’s no wonder “staff keeps changing” here because of their mistakes."

"Best office by far. All staff were amazing Johnny very nice a greeted me as I walked in. Back staff were very thorough and assisted me while I was there. Dr Khan was very explanatory answered all my questions. Adriana was very patient and had all pricing during my check out. Would recommend to all my friends and family."
