"Came to Sol in pain just to get turned away cause of appt. Made an appt for Friday. Then call me to change my appt to the next day because the y were closing on a business day. I sat around for 2 hours just to have a 60 second consultation and for them not to be able to do the work until next week. It was a complete waste of time, staff upfront was rude, and if you had no intentions on doing the work why squeeze me in because you plan on closing on a day of business. Complete disregard of the needs of the patient and their time. No transparency what so ever."
"I love my dentist but I don't care for the ladies in front. They're very sweet but I changed my secondary insurance since January but they only changed my primary insurance. I had informed them and she kept saying "yes we have it" but I had to pay 90 something dollars out of my pocket. Since I had a different secondary I thought they didn't cover it. The second time I went I informed the lady that was giving me my new appointment. I gave her my card and she said it would be added...WRONG! I was charged 91 dollars and some change. When I went to the lady who was giving me my new appointment I asked her if my secondary had been added and no it wasn't. She did credit my payment and said she was going to send to my secondary insurance. I hope they have entered it by my new appointment. I really don't want to change dentist"
