"I went to Dr. Guillen Rivera and at first he seemed friendly but when i refused a 3D X-ray HE required for my son's dental he became very upset. I had informed him that i had the X-rays from his other dentist but he insisted he needed the 3D one that cost $275.00. When i replied that i wouldn't pay for it his assistant stated he would do it for free. When he came back to look at it, it took him about a minute and then they discarded the 3D X-ray he so badly needed. I also had my Ortho send my son's dental X-rays like they had requested and stated those weren't going to work for him and they took some more just to charge my insurance. I took my son to another Dentist and asked them the question as to why that would be needed this Dentist stated it's not and was able to see exactly my son needs done with the X-Rays from my Ortho without charging me extra. I will NEVER go back there. They rip you off and the workers there don't seem to know what they are doing. Customer service was not bad until i refused to pay out of pocket for unnecessary X-rays."
