"They will not stop calling me!!! I used to be a customer. I requested they stop calling twice. I've received 10 calls from them within a month. Even when I block the number they still left a voicemail. It may only be people hired by Pinova for retention but they can still direct their hired folks to be less annoying! When a customer tells you to stop calling: RESPECT IT AND INFORM EVERYONE YOU HIRED TO AS WELL!"

"This is the WORST dentist ive ever been to the orthodontist and the general dentist is never in the same page, I was scheduled for a deep cleaning and they took forever to even get the process started, i walked out and went to another dentist, never been happier, both the chubby ortho lady always in the front never knows what is going on, she sits around looking she owns the place. Leaving this dentistry was the best decision i ever made. Since going to access dental they are way more professional and i got a better doctor and got my braces put back in, definitely recommend leaving"
