"I am so glad I found Loiselle Family Dental! The staff is warm, trustworthy, and honest. I felt heard and seen by Dr. Loiselle as he addressed all of my concerns and gave realistic treatment plans that I was able to consider for further down the line. He gave great tips on how to prevent cavities in the future as well as educated me on how my diet can harm my teeth. He filled my cavity perfectly and followed up with me to ensure everything was going well a few days later. I recommend their practice to all of my loved ones and trust the staff and Dr. Loiselle’s expertise whole-heartedly!"

"I visited this clinic for a molar removal and cleaning, instead of focusing on addressing the root of the problem and providing appropriate treatment, the dentist engaged in an aggressive sales pitch for cosmetic products. (invisaling at 5,000 visa or credit) This emphasis on pushing sales over addressing the underlying dental issues was highly unprofessional and unethical. The amount of gaslighting, manipulation, deceitfulness on top of the condescending and patronizing attitude to buy this product is pushed by the entire staff. So much that I wanted to run out of there as fast as possible. Unfortunately, Iam left with poorly filled teeth and half a rotten tooth stuck inside on me. Either he does not know how dangerous it is to leave portion of a rotten tooth in or he doesn’t care. I did realized the situation immediately and I tried to address it with the dentist but he literally talks in circles. I told him I was not buying the product bottom line but his ego did not let his brain hear me. This is pro level sales one that I was not gonna win so with that said I wanted out but agreed to being treated foolishly thinking he would do the right thing and do a good job after our “discussion.” I believe this dentist does not know much about dental decease or dentistry at all. I will be addressing this matter to their office and the appropriate people in writing ( insurance) as I do not want to even deal with them in person, or over the phone. All I can say is I wish I had a witness because what happened to me is unbelievable. *Infection is always priority over any cosmetic procedures. How completely embarrassing and degrading to beg or con people into sales over having pride in your work as a professional. There is a reason why he has the lowest rating in EP. The ignorance of this dentist is unbelievable or Jr. is a straight up prick. I should have paid attention to the low rating but unfortunately when you’re in pain and the most vulnerable, personal judgment fails. It’s shocking to realize you walked into a sales pitch at a dental office. I’m floored. And no they are not lgtb+ friendly what so ever. Up date: 8/22/2023 Received a second opinion. New dentist confirmed the horrible job with the fillings. Looks like he deliberately did an extremely bad job and neglect to give basic care. Go to Rise Dental on Shadow Mountain. Dentist there is at least honest. He fixed the problem this doctor created and was able to extract my teeth no problem."

"Man was I lucky to find Dr. Andrew Loiselle and his team! Lou Lou did my cleaning and she was so nice and it was great! Dr. Loiselle helped me feel good about my future plan to get Invisalign too. I’m so excited! A couple other things outside of my immediate dental care are worth noting. I had to bring my 3 year old and everyone was SO great with him. He got bored watching his kindle and everyone made him feel better and helped me out! The front desk was so amazing every step of the way too! Even Dr. Loiselle made him have so much fun while checking his teeth which he just happened to be able to do too. I felt so welcome and will definitely be coming back for routine cleaning and for Invisalign down the line! ETA: I have since been back for cleanings and for my 4 year old to have cavities filled. They were so patient with my son and I’m so grateful it was a smooth process and he will forever loved his dentist Dr. Loiselle!"

"I absolutely love Dr. Loiselle!! I have been going to him since I was 15 and I have not deviated since. A lot of the online reviews say that he isn’t a good dentist, well I beg to differ. I have never had an issue with him or his staff. Everyone there is always so amazing and nice. Thank you Dr. Loiselle! For everything!"

"Dr. Loiselle and his staff have been great with my entire family. The work is done immaculately and he engages us very well. The staff is really good as well. There is a positive, family oriented feeling in this office and that makes for happy customers. I strongly recommend this team."
