"I am very upset because I just found out, from my sister, that they sold their practice on the Eastside a few months ago. I was never notified by them that this had occurred. I live on the Eastside of town and I do not want to have to drive to their location all the way on the Westside. They should have notified their patients about this change. I never gave them permission to give my information to the new dentist."

"It’s been more than a year since my son broke his front tooth. The female dentist repaired it so skillfully. It has survived several knocks and still looks perfect."

"I am 100% that Dr. Connor cut my mouth while providing dental services. I didn't want to make a huge deal, accidents happen but it would be nice for accountability. The lesion was an inconvenience, painful and a lengthy healing process including having to pay out of pocket to see a medical doctor for pain meds since the dental office was closed during the weekend. During the services mentioned, my mouth was numb but I still felt a sensation from one of the tools being used in my mouth to fill a cavity. I didn’t say anything. HUGE REGRET. After my appointment, I got to my car and in the mirror, I saw a big chunk of inner cheek cut on the side of my mouth. My mouth was numb and it was not too painful. However, in the following days, the lesion and pain worsened. The office was closed for a few days over Labor day weekend so I called my primary doctor for pain medicine. I informed the dental office of the issue and texted before and after images of the lesion. By this point, two weeks later, the lesion was almost healed. I was still advised to come into the office for a visit that same day. I took off work last minute and drove across town just to have my time wasted. All Dr. Connor did was look at the lesion and say “yep, something happened there.” Duh. Both Dr. Connor and dental assistant in so many words blamed the lesion on self-injury; I definitely did not bite my cheek. There was never any apologies or accountability, it was all my fault. Both Dr. Connor and the assistant seemed defensive and claimed to document everything. Yet, there was no picture that fully showed the entire area, only the small area where the cavity was filled. According to them, the short walk from the dental chair to my car that day caused the lesion. Extremely frustrated with the waste of time, dismissive nature, & lack of accountability."

"Had my second visit. The first female dentist I was not impressed by but she was very nice. I went back because I wanted a different plan. Dr Connor understood my needs and helped me arrange a great plan that I feel comfortable with. He took time to make sure it was something that worked for me. The dental hygienist Lucy made sure she also coordinated my care and did a great job with a deep cleaning. She too her time to make sure my cleaning was up to par. I’m so happy here even my husband goes now and I just made appt for my daughter. They open at 7:30 for cleanings so I can go before work."
