"Dr. Jordan has always been great! Bob at the front desk is so kind and welcoming, and all the other staff are always super friendly. Appointments and cleanings have always been thorough and tidy. I do recommend this place check-ups and cleanings, just make sure they accept your insurance first."
"Went in to have my teeth cleaned and left there paying over $400 for a teeth cleaning!!!??? Yes, over $400. Four simple bite wing xrays and a tooth cleaning, over $400. Con artists!!"
"Been with her for FIFTEEN years, not once have I ever requested a payment plan. The gold crown on my tooth that she didn’t a root canal on, came off. So I had to pay $250 for her to cement it back on. EIGHT months later it came off again and she couldn’t even do a ONE TIME payment plan for $250 so we can put the cap back on AGAIN. That’s 2 times in one year that my cap came off. I told her I could even pay the $250 off in one month. I can’t eat or drink without it coming off, it even comes off in my sleep and now has chipped my tooth. I can’t even talk without it coming off."

"Does not sell what she advertises. Tried shoving dentures that OBVIOUSLY did not fit into my friends mouth even after she asked her to stop multiple times. She got aggressive and started assaulting my friend, hitting her in the chest then trying to hold her down in the chair. All because she refuses to refund or replace the dentures she falsely sold. I would not recommend Gwen Jorden for any of your dental needs."
