"The first time, I went to Bliss Dental, I had a great visit. No complaints. But, after my second visit, I will Not be going back. Aug. 2023, Dentist was intent on getting his job done and not allowing me to relax or catch my breath during the teeth cleaning. He didn't stop once he started which was very uncomfortable for me. However, the real problem was when he told the assistant to put the goggles on my face to cover my eyes. I couldn't see through the goggles because of the filth and old spatters of other cleanings on them. Made me wonder how many people had those goggles on before me. I was Appalled at the uncleanliness of the goggles. Made me wonder do they clean their instruments they put in mouths. I'd give them a Negative star if possible. But you have to click at least one star to post."

"I’m very disappointed in my visit. I am new to the area and made an appointment for a cleaning and check up (with x-rays). I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment so I would have time to fill out my paperwork. At 30 minutes past when my appointment was supposed to happen, I asked the ladies at the front desk how much longer it would be - at which time they were verifying my insurance (information I provided them when I checked in 10 minutes early and when I made the appointment about 2 weeks prior). Finally at 45 minutes past when my appointment was scheduled I was called back for x-rays. Once finished I was put into an exam room and waited another 15 minutes for an additional x-ray. At 1 hour and 20 minutes past when my appointment was scheduled, I finally saw the doctor. He was friendly enough, but the dental technician wasn’t available for another 10 minutes to clean my teeth. So, I left without getting my teeth cleaned. In addition, the facilities were not up to my standards of cleanliness - there was who knows what, along with a dead bug in the overhead light they bring close to your face for the dental exam, my exam chair was very wobbly, and there were vents in the hallway that looked like they hadn’t been dusted in years."

"I had a visit here just about a year ago to the day and when I had my first visit there things were slow and unorganized I didn’t think I would return well, I came and gave it another chance and when I say this place has turned a 360. I was impressed from the shorter wait times the nice staff one lady stood out the most with a very polite welcome. (Christi) was the name. I’m definitely glad I gave this place a second chance I will be returning."
