"If I could leave negative stars, I would. I went in for a cleaning & a chipped tooth that just needed a small filling. I was sat in a chair where I waited for over 2 hours because they forgot about me until closing time. At that point, they tried to get me to reschedule, but I refused because I'd been waiting so long. He agreed to do the filling since it "only takes a few minutes" & rescheduled the cleaning. I spent the entire weekend in excruciating pain & went back on Monday for him to tell me that I needed a root canal. I never had issues before. The chip I had was very small on the edge of my tooth, but he drilled all the way to the nerve & placed the filling ON TOP of it. It almost seemed like he had done it on purpose to get more money from a root canal. I left in tears & went to another dentist who had to perform an emergency root canal. One look at the tooth, & he said he could already guess who did the work. Apparently he is well-known among dentists to do shoddy work, & being new in town as a broke college student, I had no idea. In the end, I was forced to get the tooth pulled & an implant put in & spent tens of thousands of dollars on something that should've been an easy fix."

"Dr. Chaparro has been my doctor for the past 8 years he very caring and informative. He's very professional and knows what needs to get done. I'm very thankful for him. I have a beautiful smile and I don't have to hide my teeth anymore when I smile. I was in his office for a cleaning, whitening and also had a facial for a reasonable price. I feel and look 10 years younger. Thank you Dr Chaparro!!"

"I was impress by the technology that he have at his office, specifically the making on a final crown in 12 minutes. But after experienced two crowns on two different molars and one that went from a crown to a root canal and finally into an extraction and the other that last over a year for him to finish his work, not counting the hours that I lost waiting in his waiting room and the pain that I suffer for over a year and a half I will not recommend him at all. The problem is he does not finish his job, he let his assistants take care of the finals details because he is to busy."
