"Let me first say, it’s not the dentist, it’s his miserable front staff. I’ve even seen there numerous times with no attitude from the front desk but my last visit, I sensed major attitude but brushed it off! You know we all have bad days. I was advised I needed a procedure over 3 weeks ago and was told they’d get back to me about pricing. Never has it ever taken that long for an estimate. I called spoke with Elisia (not sure of spelling) 1 and a half weeks ago and was told the office manager was out of town due to emergency. Someone would get back to me. Ok no issues! Now it’s 3 weeks no calls or check ups. Telephoned the office this morning expressed my disappointment and was told “You know you can go somewhere else” by Elisia, and then she hangs up on me! I didn’t raise my voice or use choice words! My spider senses I felt weeks ago, proved me right! I’m not sure what these group of ladies think I owe them but their behavior is extremely unprofessional and disturbing! Thank you Dr. Thorne but I will not be dismissed or disrespected by anyone! Your office staff needs training in customer service!"
