"The service from Dr. Ward has always been professional and thorough. I have had good experiences most trips, from cleanings to more serious dental procedures. That said, I can no longer recommend or use Middletown Commons due to their poor scheduling. I had nearly all of my prior visits get rescheduled, some multiple times. The final straw though was recently when I was trying to take my kids in for their cleaning. After calling to their office twice to confirm they were open (weather concern) - and their answering service said they were - I drove there to find them closed on a Friday. No one reached out before or after to inform or reschedule the missed visit. If you can get a regular appointment here, or at least have flexible work hours, then maybe go for it. Otherwise I'd advise you to find a provider with more understanding for their customer's needs."

"The crown they fixed came off twice, and we could not chew when we called for an emergency appointment. The front office staff was so rude and not ready to listen. First, the crown was not fixed properly, and they caused the issue, but they are not ready to provide an emergency appointment to fix it. Poor service"

"I generally try to give businesses as many opportunities to impress before I leave any kind of negative review. On three separate occasions our appointments have been cancelled and had to be rescheduled… and we’ve only been seen twice. After they text to inform me they’re closing the office the day they made our next appointment, I decided it’s finally time to switch offices. We’ve never had anything but cleanings done here, and the staff has always been super friendly. I just don’t want to have to deal with constant rescheduling anymore."

"Best dentist ever! Everything is clean and neat. They have TVs in the rooms for you to watch while you’re getting your teeth cleaned. We are always greeted when we walk in and feel so welcome. The girls in the back are so nice and Connie is especially great! Dr Ward is so fantastic with my daughter."
