"This place does not like for the clients to reschedule any appointments. I have a sick child and was calling to reschedule. I have experienced that my child was declined to be seen for being sick at this place and that counted as a cancel. I have cancelled twice before and rescheduled due to out of my control situations (car wreck, and sick child). Now they are telling me because of those patterns I cannot be reschedule again. Therefore I have to walk in and maybe if they have any availability at that time they may see my child or I’ll have to try again. I’m not ok with this I am an out of town customer. I will be finding a new dentist soon. I cannot be making multiple trips for an exam (which takes like 20 min) then later be scheduled for the work to be done (30-1hr) it could be done all together. Sorry but we have jobs too and I’m an only parent."

"I had a horrible experience at the clinic in Plainview. I went in to have an extraction and was told that because I was in pain that I would have the extraction that same day. The dentist, I believe her name is Sylvia tried to convince me to get a root canal. I told her that I did not want a root canal and she was so furious that she refused to extract my tooth that day and told her assistant to reschedule me. She was yelling at me and she even threw whatever papers/file she had in her hands on the counter. As I was leaving I asked the receptionist if I could schedule my appointment with another dr. and she said that the dr. I had just seen was the only one at that clinic. Since I cannot respond to the comment left by the owner, I’m leaving a response here. I called all day yesterday (8/7/23) and could not contact anyone because the phone number was busy. You may say the review I gave is not indicative of the way your business runs. My question to you is if your business is great what is the reason that your rating is 3 stars? Obviously there’s an issue. I had a horrible experience at your clinic. Others have also had bad enough experiences to give you a 1 star review. I hope, for the sake of our community and your clients, things change in the most positive way at your clinic."

"The staff and Dr. Garcia are exceptional. I recommend their office every chance I get. I cannot imagine having a negative issue in this office. I am a 6'2" baby when it comes to the dentist. They take good care of me, treat me with respect and it is appreciated."

"I love going here. This may sound goofy. But most everyone is Hispanic here. And I love that. Their culture I think is way more friendly and caring more so than my own. Everyone is so kind and warm. My dr is awesome as well. I actually leave with a smile on my face every time I go. No complaints. Love you all and see you soon."

"I've been going there for several years for my dental needs such as dental exams, cleaning, extractions, root canal, & crown. I have always gotten excellent service. The staff is super friendly, always courteous,& genuinely concerned about providing you the best dental service experience. They also have a Bilingual Dentist & staff. The dentist are very friendly, very experienced & explain everything to you. The hygienist & dental assistants do a great job too. All my appointments have been set at very short period of time without having to wait for more than a couple of weeks. In an emergency they were able to see me right away. They also have special rates for low income families & accept dental insurance. I highly recommend them to all my friends, family & coworkers."
