"This is the sorriest excuse for a mechanic shop I've ever seen in my entire life. They've had my father's pickup up there for over four months, gave him an estimate of the cost for the repairs which were all paid in full, and then didn't honor their commitment. We ended up paying over $2,000 over the estimated price. They had turn over in their shop, which was their excuse for not honoring the estimate. They undid previous work that we had had done on the pickup, so now not only does it not look the way we paid for it to, it also won't run like it should. Don't go here for your service needs, it's a disgrace. Anybody know a good lawyer for the civil suit we're going to file against them?"

"My daughter's 2020 kia was repaired after a collision. The battery was allowed to set connected until it had to be replaced. They would not claim it as part or the damage or replace it. They did charge me retail + 20% for a new battery. We had to install the license plate light as it was left hanging behind the bumper after we picked up the car. They replaced the back bumper and since then it comes loose because of a broken tab. Had two other cars repaired over two year ago, great repairs great service. They must have new owners. Do not recommend this shop."
