"Took my truck to fix my front bumper and they left it uneven, and didn't align to any edges. Also I asked for a paint job on small scratches and places where my paint peeled, and did an awful half job. The paint was nowhere near the color of my truck. Will take my truck elsewhere. Do not recommend."

"Earlier today we heard a cat meow in the area of the engine compartment. We looked and looked but could not find it. We stopped at Texas Carworx and the friendly staff went above and beyond to help rescue the small kitten. The small gray kitten had crawled into a compartment not very easy accessible. In a very timely and efficient way they dismantled the bumper and headlight panel to save the kitten. Unfortunately, we are on a six day trip and could not adopt the kitten. The friendly receptionist stepped in and she adopted the kitten. Once again, I want to thank you all for the great job."

"Absolutely the worst. Went in for alignment after putting new struts on my own. They tried to upsell me slotting the struts the adjust the camber. Unfortunately their lack of knowledge or dishonesty ruined the visit. When I shared withem that the steering knuckle on the vehicle was slotted and the Monroe struts were pre-slotted as well, there was no explanation from them as to the "additional services required ". Took it to another shop. In and out in an hour for basic alignment cost. Sorry dishonesty doesn't cut it with me. One positive note, they didn't charge me for lying to me."
