"I took my vehicle in on 2/19/2024 at 2:49pm for an oil change. The lady stated I was not due for an oil change and I informed her my truck said I was at 3%. She stated that it was a sensor error and reset the sensor back to 100% and gave me a new sticker to come back in for an oil change in a few thousand miles. She assured me that they would go ahead and check it for me and stated I needed a new air filter. I bought the air filter and went on my day. We are now at 2/23/2024 and my vehicle began shaking. I had it looked at where I was informed there was NO OIL AT ALL in my vehicle. I am beyond livid that I did my part and paid my part for the workers here not to do their part. If I would not have been diligent in getting my vehicle looked at I would be out a vehicle because of Take 5’s negligence."
