"Great shoes and boots was not asked by an employee asked where the old shoe store went. Then went and picked out my own shoes and boots. The employee handed us a coupon for buy one get one 50% off. So we did. Store is really nice and had some selection which could have been better for shoes and boots given it is a brand new store. There was no employee assistance to help you at all. So maybe more employee assistance. But overall very great store and excellent prices."

"There were 3 people behind the counter and two cash registers. It was lunchtime so I had limited time. It took forever to find shoes because there were so many customers in there for back to school shopping. When I was ready to check out it was clear that the other two behind the counter were training so it would have been nice to have them open the 2nd register and at least to speed up things. When I finally was helped the lady was very nice and looked for discounts without my asking… that was very helpful."
"Great selection of shoes at pretty good prices. Only issue was they were having a buy one athletic shoe get a second pair for 50% off sale. The one pair we actually had to move the sale sign to get the box off the shelf but we took our shoes up to the cashier but both were full price. When I mentioned that the sign say 50 % off second pair they said the one pair where the sign was right over them was not on sale. When I suggested they move their sign because it was very deceiving the cashier and manager just shrugged. I worked in retail for 13 years so I understand sales, they didn't offer to honor the sign or apologize. Went back the next day to exchange the pair we did buy for a different size and the cashier was awesome."
