"I purchased a shark cordless vacuum from them a couple days ago. I wrapped it and gave it as a christmas present. When it was opened it was visibly used. The cords were unwrapped and all over the box, and there was dirt and hair on the bottom of the vacuum. I went to return it and the customer service representative told me to go get a new one and she said, ”same brand same price”. I proceeded to go back there and look for a new one. They did not have the same one I purchased in stock so I picked up another one that was basically the same. I did not know the price because the price was not posted.So I took it back to the counter and they returned the used one. They went to ring up the second vacuum and it was 350 and they were not willing to do anything about the price. When originally I bought the first vacuum with a store discount and the manager gave me a discount to pressure me into signing up for a credit card. I told them that it was not my fault they sold me a used one and did not have anymore in stock and they acted like there was nothing they could do about the situation. They acted like they were not in the wrong about the vacuum at all so I left with no vacuum and an unhappy family member at home now missing a christmas present."
"Me and my husband went to Kohl's in New Albany looking for some home decor. I have the app downloaded on my phone and always get emails about coupons. So our intention was to use the 25% off coupon. While we were looking around we saw a sign for 20% off. We were trying to figure if the coupon was right or not. We asked an associate and she went to check it out for us. Anyhow the coupon was supposed to be taken down but someone forgot it. A very nice team member came back to assist us and honored the coupon that wasn't taken down plus let us use it with another coupon. Her name was Christina. Just wanted to recognize her for all she did to help us out."
"Store is alright but the tall selection in men's is very limited. No dress pants at all, and like two good shirts. Disappointing."
