"I would give zero stars if possible. Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge on how to balance tires. I had a new set of tires that I purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced. Afterwards, my suv had major vibrations between 65-70mph. Top it off with air pressures varying 15 psi. Was told it was because the tire was an all terrain tire that there would be vibrations. Seriously? They had no idea about the yellow and red dots on tires. Still would not redo the balance on all four. I now have to take it somewhere else to get it done correctly. I will NEVER go back to any Meineke ever again."
"This is my last time going to Meineke. The salesman withheld important information until I came to pick up my car and my ride had already left. Only then did he explain that the diagnostic fee was only good that day towards the repair cost he gave me an estimated cost of $1400. He used high-pressure sales tactics, and tried to force me to make a decision on the spot. He did everything he could to get me to sign up for the credit card. I basically paid over $250 for an oil change and to find out things about my car. I already knew. I left there feeling taken advantage of and completely ripped off. I will not be going back nor will I recommend their services."
"Had made an appointment for an oil change. Service was completed in about an hour. Got recommendations for needed service with pictures provided. Pictures are a nice touch. Sales person was very nice and professional. Have used this location for several years. Will return soon for recommended service."
