"We ordered dinner for three last night for pick up. Food was to be done BY 650PM. Arrived at 630pm was told food was almost done have a seat at the bar. Got a txt message food was done @642. At 650 I asked where it was ...told be right out not done yet. First off food was cold burnt and nasty At 7:15 when it came out to go. The mang said she noted it was a little late and I was unhappy. Most horrible food service and treatment ever by a restaurant. Don't waste your time on this restaurant location pictures posted with this review"

"Have lived in the area for over 10 years and decided to go give them a try. It wasn't extremely busy, just average but waited about 45 minutes for a table. Once seated, a new waiter tended to us, who was great but everything else was horrible. We waited nearly an hour for our food. I ordered a steak sandwich with onion rings. Opened the sandwich to make sure the steak was not overcooked and a long blonde hair was embedded in the cheese. So the waiter took the sandwich back and I waited about another 30 minutes, husband was done eating by then and my onion rings were cold at this point but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. At this point I wasn't hungry anymore and just wanted to go home to get ready for bed. I asked for it to go and paid our tab. Got home and looked at the sandwich and none of the extras that I paid for were in the sandwich! Needless to say the sandwich sat in the fridge until trash day. Lesson learned and we will not be having dinner there again."

"We just had the most horrible lunch. We could tell our server was new so we tried to be patient. After she took our drink orders, we waited 15-20 minutes for them. When she walked by again, we asked for our drinks and then she brought them out then she took our food order. She specifically asked the temperatures for our steaks. Mine was supposed to be medium rare. I also asked for no fried onions or green onions on my pasta. My husband and our friend ordered their steaks medium. While we waited for our food, all three of us had finished our drinks. She walked by once or twice without noticing. We finally had to ask for refills. When we got our food, there were fried onions on my pasta. My steak (medium rare) was closer to medium or well done. There was no pink at all. My husband's and our friend's steaks were supposed to be medium. They were well done. All of our steaks were dry and not at all enjoyable. We asked for a manager and Mandy was great. She agreed our steaks weren't cooked right and offered us a discount or to remake them which would take 20 minutes. We'd already been there for at least an hour and a half and still had errands to run so we said no thank you to new steaks. Once we finished eating, we waited for our bill. And waited. And waited. We never saw our server so my husband left cash on the table and we left. I had the Logan Off Stroganoff. I don't know what was in that sauce but my stomach was gurgling before we left. I couldn't finish my meal so I'm still hungry and my stomach is still gurgling. We won't be back"

"We won’t be back… had the steak Cobb salad that was a disaster… sent it back for being over cooked and second attempt was better but it was full of the core from the lettuce. 16 bucks for a mediocre salad that took 30 minutes the first attempt… I’m just disappointed in the value"

"this was my family’s first visit here. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of our food but I didn’t. There was 4 in our party we all got the 6 oz. sirloin. They served my mom, by grandson and me at the same time. My dad did not get his food until about 15 minutes later when we were already done & and in my opinion that’s an automatic comp right there! out of the first steaks, two of them were six of steroids and two of them work something else very thin. first time as last time here! Even the tea was so watered down it was clear. We did get one appetizer that was amazing. We got the loaded cheesy fries. But that one small appetizer did not make up for the rest of the trip there."
