"this was my first waffle house experience. and what a great experience i had. i ordered breakfast and it was served up within 10 minutes of ordering. the server provided excellent service with a genuine smile and checked in on our table frequently to meets our needs. i will be returning here again for food in the near future!"

"Ok, the 1 star was just to leave a comment. I have seen some really bad reviews about this location. Some of them should not have happened. Some are employees being petty, and others should not even work there. Overall, I think the other reviews are good. Some people really love going to the Dickinson location. Others may eventually come back, and the others will straight up not even look at another Waffle House. I blame the management and the staff. Here's why. I only saw a few responses back from either the Waffle House management at that location or from I am guessing corporate. I have to say that Waffle House needs to Make a Better Effort to keep an eye on their employees when they do stupid stuff you need to send that individual home because clearly they don't want to work there on the day that they're scheduled. It is either that or they are trying to get themselves fired so they can put in a complaint and maybe get some money. That is just a thought it doesn't mean that it is true. Either way the Waffle House location mentioned here doesn't really have an issue with the people coming in to eat the issue is with the couple of employees that are just plain lazy. No matter where you go there will always be people who will criticize regardless if they've had a Flawless meal or not. They are looking for something to complain about because that's in their nature. But I for one like Waffle House, I enjoy the breakfast that I get and, it is always good no matter which Waffle House I eat at."

"My husband and I took our 11-year-old daughter and 94-year-old mother to eat breakfast here. We really enjoyed our food. It was delicious. Our waitress was really good and others pitched in as they saw something was needed. We got to speak with the cook and she was really on top of everything. It was amazing. I left a star off the atmosphere because because the bother were very small. We'll definitely go back though. The breakfast was really worth it."

"We sat in the high chairs in the center because 3 tables were dirty like the picture attached. The syrup was brought to us with a napkin stuck to it. They also took another party’s order before us when I clearly told them we were there first. Really unprofessional, the cook threw a butter pack and step on it squashing out the butter , all three employees were laughing. The waitress also complained about the tip out loud, I gave her 15 percent. I will not return. Don’t waste your money there."
