"It took 30 minutes which is fine except for the fact that when we were given the total and paid, it was for a different meal similar to mine. Both the drive thru worker and manager on shift argued back with myself about paying for the wrong meal saying it was the right meal. I then explained it was not. They proceeded to talk disrespectfully while the window was opened to check the receipts to find the error. No refund was given but an attitude by employees was."
"My fiancé goes here all the time to get his Popeyes fix. The staff here are friendly and the food comes out relatively quickly. At first when the restaurant opened, the line ups were long, but it is now much more time-friendly! He likes to get their Blacked Chicken Sandwich with Cajun fries and it’s been consistently good for all of his orders. He recently went there and got a Strawberry biscuit for me, and it was delicious! It was hot, flaky and sweet, and was a cute heart shape for Valentine’s Day. A great Popeyes location for all of your Louisiana fast-food cravings!"
"I loved the place! I have never been to a Popeyes till it had opened up. The second time we went the service was actually pretty chill. They even recommended some things to my grandma. First and second we’re just so good!! It’s was magical. If I could I would always go back Every day!! When we first went there was quite the wait but it was just cause it had just opened. But the wait was worth the while the food was super hot and fresh it was perfect!!"
"Absolutely disgusting! Food was old and dry, you could see all the employees didn't want to be there. The. Lobby. Is. Disgusting. Tables ALL covered in food and filth. I will not be back. I don't know who's running the show here but it is terrible."
"Very disappointing for me. We were in the drive thru for 30 + minutes. We ordered 2 , 5 piece spicy chicken combos. Not spicy at all.The Cajun fries were soggy (even though we had to wait for the chicken to be cooked ) and bland. My husband liked it. Me, not at all.I wanted my money back and was informed they have a no refund policy. Plus my iced tea had very little ice in it. I won't waste another Saturday coming to any Popeyes.Bland"
