"Honestly when I first looked at my order it was a little disappointing … half of the cheese on my Baconator Fries weren’t melted and looked stale. The workers were also, ‘not hot’ and ‘too old.’ lolololjk But forreal those fries really do suck."

"Ordered some food and picked up immediately from the drive through. Didn't get any of my sauces and all the food was old, cold and stale. Literally every piece of food, from the burgers with solid cheese that wasn't melted, to the burned and dried out chicken nuggets that taste like they sat around all day, to the soggy, cold cardboard fries was ice cold. Waste of money and horrid service. Will not be back."

"Do you like cold burgers, chewy old nuggets that give your immune system a run for its money, and french fries that share their likeness with soggy cardboard? This is the place for you. Always old, not made to order. The horrible quality of the food here is actually impressive, like, how can it be THAT bad so consistently. Don't go here unless you love to torture yourself by setting yourself up for failure. If you do decide to eat here, at least it might make you consider saving your money and cooking at home next time instead."

"Waited in line indoors for 5 minutes or so because they looked understaffed. The girl running the register was a sweetheart although she was multitasking to the extreme. 2 guys in back were joking off a little bit so she politely put them in their place without causing a seen. By the way, she wasn't the manager. The woman dressed as The manager working drive thru was only taking orders while the so called helper who didn't know anything, The cashier was getting drive thru orders ready, orders from the front counter ready, making sure all was right with the "cooks" AND also cleaned the tables and filled up condiments. I wish I could remember her name cause she did it all with a smile. She's a skinny thing with long brown hair, very light complected and think she told me she had a child or two and one was bottle feeding. That way"

"Have notice over the last month some drive through order takers obviously do not care about quality customer service or attention to details in orders. I have had many missing items, wrong sizes, no napkins etc. I strongly suggest your crew members are retrained properly! Also very rude managers. Corporate will bel contacted today… Absolutely ridiculous."
