"Was told the order would take 40 minutes. Then at the 40 minute mark I receive a text telling me it’s going to be another 45 minutes on top of that. I call over there and ask if I can just pick it up instead. They tell me that my order is still there and that would be fine. I send my family member to go pick it up and while they are on their way over to pick up the pizza, I get a call from the “manager “ saying door dash has picked it up to deliver to me. I explained to her how I was told it was still there and they agreed I could pick it up. She said “no, now one told you it was still here.” Very frustrating. I don’t like being lied to. Will not do any of my business in the future with this store. It was the first time and it will be my last ."
