"If you’re at the DFW Airport, this is the place to eat. I’ll preface my review by saying I practically NEVER eat at airport restaurants. As you may know, airport restaurants almost always have horrible Google reviews (below 4.0 stars) and are absurdly expensive. However, I made an exception because of the 4.5 star rating, and I had a great experience all around at Pappadeaux. Aside from the great reviews, the first thing that got my attention was the “Employee Meals” menu. I think it’s so cool that they offer Airline/Airport employees a discounted menu so they can have access to great food while working. Let’s start with the food. It was much greater quality than I was expecting, and was truly delicious. Next, the service was extremely friendly and prompt. Both the hostess and the bartender/waiter were very nice and hospitable. Finally, the atmosphere was cool, and it transports you to a well-themed restaurant that does not feel like you’re in an airport."

"Delicious, it’s a great spot for a meal. Key lime pie was delicious, highly recommend this. Perfect balance of tart and sweet. Our food came out timely and hot. The service is great, our server Jalen was polite and refilled our drinks and the tables in his station often."

"The closet thing you’re going to get to fine dining in an airport. A real restaurant with ambience and decor that transports you out of a transportation hub. High quality food and plenty of it. We enjoyed Greek salad with shrimp and a nice piece of trout."
