"We had an amazing experience at Shalimar! I brought my parents who had never had Indian food before. Our service was attentive and kind and the staff made us feel so welcome. We had the vegetarian appetizer platter, our favorites were the samosa and the onion fritters. For our entrees we had the goat biryani, the special biryani, and the chicken jalpharezi. Everything was delicious, and my mom enjoyed trying goat. Be aware, it comes with the bones in, but it the meat is rich and flavorful. My parents are already talking about their next visit!"
"We love indian food and this place impressed us. The chicken tikka masala was so good (it could have had more spice though as we asked for indian hot). I loved the sauce and shredded chicken in it. The tandoori chicken legs and thighs came out sizzling like they were fajitas lol. So good. They gave us extra sauce and the rice was perfect. We had good and fast service. The location was beautiful."
