"I ordered pizza with garlic parmesan wings. Order #034546 today 3/324. The pizza was ok but the wings were not done and was not garlic parmesan. Look like regular wings with grease ir butter on them. Nothing like the pizza hut in Irving texas. I wasted $25."
"Employee at PICK UP COUNTER and taking orders was so rude. I wife kept asking for SPECIALS and he kept on saying they had no SPECIALS. Greeted her rudely also to start with. She said but the delivery guy that was there was so nice respectful."
"One of the worst customer service experience that I ever encountered. I ordered a pizza for a senior citizen in Oak Cliff. It was scheduled to be delivered by 6:16pm. It did not arrive. I called at 6:45 and they said “well it’s out for delivery and if it does not arrive in the next hour, give us a call back.” My response was, an additional hour? How is that even an acceptable thing to say? She then got Ruby, the manager who repeated herself and said if that wasn’t good enough that I would need to contact DoorDash. That vendor relationship has nothing to do with me. She said, well that’s who we use to feel free to call us back, thank you and hung up. I called back to tell her how rude she was and asked for a corporate complaint number. Her response was “You can find it on Google” and hung up again. I called a third time to again obtain the number and this time when I asked for the manager Ruby, that person hung up on me. This stores rating is 2.9 here on Google and that is an understandable rating after having encountered my service experience."
"placed a carry out order yesterday (Sunday) and when my order was done around 9pm-ish, the lady (mavine) I believe is her name, brought my order out to me outside, when it was raining. she definitely needs a raise/ bonus/ promotion for sure! very good service, & order was great! keep up the great work guys!"
"Very Poor Service, and Food Quality at this location. Customer Service was Minimal. Ordered food online at 3:30 Pm to pick up at 7:00 Pm, Food was NOT done, not too mention it was supposed to be a supreme pizza, with 4 Toppings missing. Come on, Do better Next time."
