"Ordered delivery online, got a text saying the pizza was on the way and then another text that said the pizza was delivered even though the pizza had never been delivered (through door dash) I was unable to get ahold of the dasher so I tried calling Pizza Hut multiple times and was put on hold for 10+ minutes every time only to be hung up on. Literally no one answered the phone over the course of an hour that I kept trying to call"
"went to this place at 10pm and ordered in person. sat down, waited, and watched four different doordashers come in looking for their orders. guy at the counter said a different version of “someone else picked it up already” each time. forty minutes go by and the same guy who took my order comes back, asks for the name on my order, and asks if it’s ok to make my pizza deep dish instead. they hadn’t made a single pizza in the entire time i was waiting there until i left with my order."
"Meat lovers pizza barely had any meat to love on it. It would be nice to have meat on the meat lovers. Other than that, the service was good. I enjoyed the young lady who helped us and I could see us going back for more in the future. But yall need to put more meat on the meat lovers"
"Ordered on the app. Said food will be ready in 10 minutes. I gave them 20 minutes. I get there and the counter lady tells me my order isn't on their screen. I showed her my online order/receipt and she yells at the back if they have my order. She says yes they haven't started on it yet while we are both looking at my phone saying the order is ready. Worst service pizza hut. Find another one."
"I only stopped here bc it is on my way home from work. I do not live in the area. I ordered on the phone and was told a 15 minute wait. I got to the store, the cashier took my name and payment and did not check to see if it was done. Other people came in and received their order so I figured they were just running behind. After about 3o minutes of waiting I asked the cashier when my order would be done. He looked in the warmer and my food was just sitting there the whole time. No apologies, nothing. I waited forever just to make it home with burnt pizza that was not showed to me at the store."
