"Great pizza with equally great lemon pepper wings! My wife and I got the Texas Sweet Heat Pizza and it was amazing, perfect balance of heat and sweet. The lemon pepper wings were hot and man, were they tangy, well flavored, but not too salty. Can't wait to come again."
"WOWZA! What a terrific experience at the South Polk Pizzeria! I found out about this place from a positive story in the Dallas Observer. My experience all started with the appearance of the clean dining room area that has a direct view of a very clean kitchen where the food is prepared. You’ll also notice multiple bags of flour, which told me that Neo-New York style pizza dough is FRESH! Then, there is the friendly service from the owner and chef named Terrell Burnett. You’ll definitely see him tossing pizza, because he does everything himself. The pizza was amazingly fresh-fluffy, tangy and delicious. You will not need to ask for parmesan cheese because I witnessed him grate it fresh from the actual parmesan block directly onto all pizzas. The salads are fresh-n-hearty and the price is great! I strongly encourage you to call-in or order online, to avoid any waiting…especially the Sunday after-church-rush! There’s nice pub tables to dig-in and eat there, if you wish. This place is very busy for obvious reasons…it’s DELISH."
"Went there for the 1st time last night after reading an article in The Observer. The Pizza was amazing. This is mostly a grab and go place. There were 3 small 2 topper tables. We will definitely be going again."
"Wings are 10 out of 10. Best Lemon Pepper wings I've ever had. They make it when you order it. All fresh ingredients. Great customer service. Right off the freeway and easy to find. I will definitely be back, and I'm telling everyone I know to come too!!"
