"Very similar to most guy chains, there will be a balance between quality and price. Very affordable and I believe you get what you pay for. People get hyped because guy’s background, but this place is really a 3.5-4 stars. I believe is great and atmosphere is amazing and very clean. Service get 4 because it’s obviously understaffed. Will comeback to bump this rate."

"This was my first time here and I was pretty excited to try it. I was severely underwhelmed. The brisket was dry and needed a lot of help from the sauce. The sauces were good though I had the brown sugar and the smokehouse mojo. They had really good flavor, as did the spicy smoked sausage. Other elements that were a but underwhelming was being served fairly pricey food on paper plates dressed up with a picnic table cloth patterened tissue paper liner and the use of prepackaged plastic utensils. I guess I had a set of expectations from something Guy Fieri would put his name on."

"What a wonderful stop to grab some fantastic smokey backyard barbecue. We love Guy’s TV series and to see the food prepared here exactly as you would expect. The crew is following all food safety guidelines and keeping everything immaculately clean while serving you delicious food with a smile and great attitude. The bar is whipping up awesome cocktails and the lines out the door on most days are a testament to how good the food is here. Parking is in paid garages nearby, and the Fourth Street Live district is full of things to do and see while you’re here. Highly recommended."

"I would have to agree with one of the reviews.. I don't think Guy would be very happy with the way this food tastes.. we are foodies, with a food blog and go to Guy's restaurants all the time . This by far is the worst restaurant we have been to. The only thing good was the beans."

"I want to start out by saying I love Guy and will always try his restaurants if I'm in a big enough city to try one. I just don't feel like Guy would be proud to have his name on this. There was one bar tender, one person working the meat, one working the cash register, and then one doing the dishes. They were out of pork, smoked sausage, and street corn by 5:30p. I really feel bad for the workers, with that many people in line. They did their best. The food was okay. It just wasn't great, but it was okay. The meat was dry and kinda hard. I just feel that if there was more staff or prep staff/ prepped food, it would have been better. I really wanted to write a great review. I'm sorry."
