"Best shop in the city. If you don't know anything about a car and want to buy a used car, go to Louisville automotive shop for advice. The Team will give you expert opinions on what car to buy. Pros and cons on every vehicle out there because they worked on them before. Also bring car to shop for through inspection before you buy. For as little as 160 dollars and you won't regret it. Dude even went as far as pulling it up on Kelly blue book to tell you the market value. Amazing teams!!!"

"So, while visiting a friend, had a brake line burst on me. Called and spoke with Harold and inquired if he felt they had time in their schedule today to fix my vehicle. He advised he felt they could depending upon the issue. From wheels down by the tow truck to wheels down off the lift was a total of about 3 hours...not bad if you ask me! The customer waiting area was just immaculate! You wouldn't know it was an automotive shop waiting area...with refreshments and snacks too!! "With 4 kids & 3 dogs loaded in our car traveling from OH down to MS, a vehicle malfunction shut our Yukon down. This team was so graciously willing to help us, when they were already busy. They allowed our dogs to come inside out of the cold, offered snacks to our children & were incredibly kind trying to accommodate for this group of unusual customers!!
