"Amazing service, super knowledgeable and friendly staff! My cordless V11 dyson's trigger was jammed &bent in with the spring inside. Dyson nor the support line could help, there are no parts to fix my issue and would have to buy a whole new unit/"brain" which was completely out of stock and 95$. I have been calling vacuum repair shops all over Lexington and no one could help me or even disassemble my vacuum to just look at it. That is until I went to A-1 Vacuum sales & services!! Their repair prices are amazing, only a fraction of the cost compared to dysons replacement options! Super excited to have my Dyson back up and running! And I saved A TON OF MONEY thanks to A-1! They also have a ton of awesome products in store. I also ended up buying their "Nellie's Wow Mop" too! They took care of the included 2yr warranty at no extra cost! The attached picture is the mop and everything that is included with purchase, an extra mop pad and 2 bottles of cleaning solution:)"
