"We used to love this place but the last time and final time we ate here, an employee was cleaning the ceiling and walls on a ladder right above the food line. You could see dirt coming off his rag and falling in the food. I’m sure the health dept would love to see that! What would possess you to do that while the restaurant was open? Disgusting!"
"3 sizes of bowls are available here. Small, medium and large with a choice of rice, fried rice and noodles along with egg for extra charge. You can choose your favourite protein with lot of options. They have marinated chicken, garlic chicken, meat balls, shrimp, crab, beef and other proteins. They have big selection of spices. You can mix your favourite spices to your bowl along with several varieties of vegetables and sauces. Then you should pass on your bowl for fry. Finally your fried protein with your carbs will be served."
"We went tonight to eat our daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday. Upon arriving we noticed it smelled like bleach which didn’t bother me. We placed our order including appetizers, and bar drinks. However, when the family went to the line ( I was waiting at the table with our infant ) he came back with the kids and said” we’re leaving !” There were German roaches IN and around the food !! He took photos and video . The also stepped on a roach and so did our 9 year old. He asked our server , who was extremely sweet and apologetic, to cancel our order. The manager came out wanting to know what was wrong and offered to “ clean up the area” so they could go back to the line. I’m still shocked . We loved this place"
"Overall the food was good. You can make your own bowl to your liking. The server was stressed out when we were there. Not sure why they weren’t even that busy. The restroom smelled like a sewer pipe broke and it permeates to the restaurant"
"Almost did 3 star but to be fair this was my first time and the lack in seasoning on the food was on my part. I was not familiar with the way it works as far as picking your proteins and all the sauce choices. The ideal behind the concept though - love. Advice for 1st timers - ask questions! Restaurant was pretty hot and in need of lighting or something as it was a sad environment. Staff could use some smiles as well."
